- Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore all features and set up your practice website before deciding.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. We never delete your data without prior notice.
- Do you offer custom domains?
- Custom domains are available on Growth and Enterprise plans. We handle the entire DNS setup process for you — just point your domain and we take care of the rest.
- Is my patient data secure?
- Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use European data centers and are fully GDPR compliant.
